60 Day Return Policy


At BelloMarc.com our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This is why we offer a sixty (60) day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase please feel free to return or exchange it. Below is our Return & Exchange Policy and Procedure.



Return & Exchange Procedure


Step 1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). You can use our simple request form below or send an email to: returns@bellomarc.com. Be sure to include details of the item(s) you would like to return or exchange, your order number and original date of purchase. All packages received at our processing center without an RMA# are refused.


Step 2. You will receive a Return & Exchange Form and shipping instructions with your RMA# via email. Please complete the form and include it with your return package.


Step 3. Properly package your return item(s). Be sure to include all original shipping documents and packaging gift boxes. Clearly print your RMA# on the outside of the package and ship using FedEx, UPS or US Postal Service (USPS) with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance Coverage. BelloMarc cannot be held liable for damaged or lost item(s) during shipping.


PLEASE NOTE: Avoid using words such as jewelry, diamonds, gold or any other luxury-related terms on the package itself. Using such words on a package is an invitation for theft.

Conditions of Our Return & Exchange Policy


While we want you to be happy, there are a few guidelines we must abide by to ensure quality standards for all of our customers. All returns and exchanges are subject to the following rules:


• Packages without a RMA number will be refused at our Processing Center.


• All returns and exchanges must be completed within sixty (60) days from the original invoice date.


• Item(s) returned or exchanged must be its original condition: brand new, unworn, unmarked, undamaged, and with any original tags attached. Any items showing signs of wear will not be accepted for a refund or an exchange. Item(s) will be returned as-is to the shipper at customer’s expense. This also applies to any alterations including, but not limited to, engravings, change of finishing and resizing.


• Items marked as “Final Sale” for clearance and as-is merchandise do not qualify for our Return & Exchange Policy. All sales for these items are final.


• All special/custom size sales are final. These items cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange unless an error was made by BelloMarc. Special/custom sizes will be notated on the product page under the "Specifications" section.


• Any items sold under a “Free Gift with Purchase” promotion must be returned with both the item(s) and the free gift for a refund or an exchange. BelloMarc will not be able to process a return for any item(s) received without the attached free gift.


• There is no restocking fee to exchange for items at an equal or greater value within 60 days of purchase.


• A flat rate restocking fee of $5.95 will be deducted on all refunds and/or exchanges of lesser value.


• Shipping costs of items returned to BelloMarc are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. However, BelloMarc.com will refund shipping & handling charges if the return is a result of our error. For exchange items, standard shipping & handling fees do apply.
