Lifetime Ring Sizing Program
Many of our rings are made of durable material that does not allow for the ring to be resized. Therefore, many of our rings are backed by a Manufacturer’s Lifetime Ring Sizing benefit.* Rest assured knowing that if you ever require a different size ring BelloMarc will be more than happy to assist you with the exchange. All we need is the ring to be exchanged and the original BelloMarc invoice.
Simply contact us to process a lifetime ring sizing exchange through our online contact form. There is a nominal trade-in fee of $49.95 per ring. This includes the shipping and handling of your new ring. Customers are responsible for shipping the original ring to BelloMarc.com with insurance.
If you are within our 60 Day return policy and your ring is brand new with original tag attached, you can simply exchange it under our regular return/exchange program. You will not incur the $49.95 trade-in fee. The Lifetime Ring Sizing program is available for those whose rings have been worn and can no longer exchange under our regular 60 Day Return policy.
Once your payment processes and we receive both your ring and original BelloMarc invoice we will process an order for a replacement ring in your current size.** Should the ring style become discontinued by the Manufacturer, we will offer you a similar style or the Manufacturer's replacement style within the same price range.***
* Lifetime Ring Sizing program is available from participating Manufacturers only. Please refer to the Warranty tab on every product page to verify program eligibility.
** Every Manufacturer has their own specific procedure with what you need to do to qualify for their Lifetime Ring Sizing. Some Manufacturers require that you register your ring on their website within 30 days in order to be eligible for Lifetime Ring Sizing, registration is always free. Other Manufacturers may require that you retain the original Warranty Card that came with your ring to process your Lifetime Ring Sizing exchange in the future. When you receive your ring there will be additional instructions attached as to what you need to do in order to qualify for the Manufacturer’s Lifetime Ring Sizing benefit. Be sure to follow those instructions and retain your original BelloMarc invoice, as this is your proof-of-purchase.
*** Rings exchanged, must be exchanged for a different size. In the event that your ring will be exchanged for a much larger size, there may be additional fees associated with more material or embellishments, such as additional diamonds on a larger band.
